New Unite Marine Co., Ltd. founded in 1998, is a joint-stock international maritime enterprise based on modern-enterprise-system.

The company is mainly in business with bulk, general cargo, frozen cargo ocean shipping transportation and also acts as international forwarder, domestic waterway forwarder, offering various services for sailors, managing vessels for others(ISM), providing technical consultation and developing trade business with others. Our company is exploiting comprehensive logistic service at the moment.

At present, our company has owned and chartered 6 vessels with total capacity over 40,000 Metric Tons. We have developed more than sixty lines from China to the main ports of Japan, Korea, Far-east Areas of Russia, Solomon islands, Singapore, Philippine, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Red sea, Easter Africa, Hong Kong, Taiwan etc., having established good relationships with a variety of ship-owners, shippers, brokers, harbour authorities, and shipping companies based on mutual cooperation and trust, acquiring excellent appraisement from the society.

Our company owns a group of young specialists on shipping management and outstanding crew. We have also established a set of strict scientific and standardized systems in accordance with international modern enterprise system. In 2003, our company was awarded DOC certificate issued by China maritime bureau and all vessels were offered SMC. All vessels acquired ISSC in 2004.
